“ Sjøbua is less crowded in the winter and mostly visited by the locals who live in Sponvika. The restaurant and bar is open only during the weekends and offers only indoor seating during the winter season. The staff is really nice and polite and the locals are friendly to visitors. During my visit they offered tapas and a free drink included in the price, really good value for money. The var has a decent selection of spirits. Highly recommended! ”

With a large veranda with a sea view and reminiscent of sitting in a harbor in southern Norway, where you are greeted with good service and a smile! The food is completely unique and the same goes for the atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you want to visit one of the few places in the Halden area that sells delicious seafood. ”
